Shelly First Responders
Proudly serving the citizens of Shelly, Minnesota and several rural townships, the Shelly First Responders are a dedicated group of volunteers committed to coming to the aide of those in need. A first responder is a trained or certified individual who, upon arriving early to an incident or emergency, assumes immediate responsibility for the protection and preservation of life. First Responders are often first on scene until certified EMS staff arrives. If you're interested in joining the Shelly First Responders, please contact the city office.
